About Lana Marie

LANA MARIE WILLOW, MA is a full registered member of the BC Association of Clinical Counsellors and holds degrees in both Psychology and Transpersonal Studies. She has extensive specialised training in somatically oriented and body-mind psychotherapy, creative expression, and stress management. Lana uses mindfulness, a gentle, spacious, nonjudgemental way of paying attention, as the foundation for her work. She can help you to release limiting constructs that keep you stuck in old patterns so that you can reclaim your true nature and live your truth.
